Simon's P.O.V

I felt bad for ditching Alex on the bus, but he should be fine. I worry about him, because he is the weakest physically, but mentally the strongest. Alex is very good at drawing, I'm a computer genius, and Max is an amazing singer and music writer.

We get to school and I see my bus, and look for Alex. I see Daniel and Dusk get off, making me panic a little bit. They walked over to their spot under this big oak tree, where Derrick is waiting for them. I look back towards the bus and relax when I see Alex get off in one piece (XD did you get the reference). Max grabs my arm and drags me to our first class of the day; Language Arts. The class went by quickly with the occasional glares form people, and Max giving a death glare back.

The bell rings and we separated, Max going to music class, while I went to computer class. When I got there I smiled when I see the lesson/ task; make either a virus, or hack into any electronic device in 24 hours or less for your homework.

'This will be easy' I thought smirking as I got out my phone.

I put in some of my original codes into the computer and get access to the entire school data base. This connected me to all of the information in the school , but I was trying something a little bit harder than that. I went to the data area and started to hack their system, so I could get to the towers that connected the school to the world and internet. I concentrate as I cut off the internet connection, because I'm not done yet, I have 6 minutes to directly access the entire school board's emails, information, and records.

"Easy blackmail if needed." I think to myself. The bell rings and I walk out of class. I see Max coming out of his classroom, and walk to him.

"Come on let's go." Max said hinting for me to hurry up.

I feel like something is off, so I hurry after him. Heading to our third period class, I hear people laughing and snickering. I looked at Max and started to run towards the small group of people that formed. I look over the group, since I was so tall, and see Alex being beat up by Will. I hiss when I hear Alex growl at Will when he high-fives Daniel. Max has made a way through the crowd and we run to Alex. Max tells me to take Alex to the nurse, so I pick up Alex carefully and look at Max one more time before I start to run up to the nurses office; his tail was red with a white outline.

Max's P.O.V

As we ran towards the group of people I could tell it was Alex in trouble. I managed to convince Simon to put a spell on him last weekend. Alex doesn't know about spell, but we are worried about him. The spell informs us when he is being hurt, and at what level the pain is at during the time.

When we reached the group I hear Simon hiss at someone in the inner circle. I made a way through the crowd by growling at a few people, making them freak out and move quickly. I start running with Simon to where Alex was laying down at.

"Simon take him to the nurses office and make sure he is safe." I tell Simon in a low voice.

My anger was getting to me and I didn't want to be prevented from a potential fight. I see Will next to Daniel, Dusk, and Derrick the 'night crew'. I narrow my eyes at them.

"Who beat up Alex?" I said calmly, holding in my rage.

The night crew looks at each other and smirked, while Will stood there awkwardly. I don't really care at this point, so I looked at them and punched the closest person to me, which is Derrick. I turned around and left them standing there like a bunch of idiots.

"We'll get our revenge for that Max!" I hear one of them yell out to me, I just smirked at that as I ran to the nurses office.

Simon's P.O.V (again XD lot's of switching)

I carry Alex to the nurses office, bursting through the door. I put him on one of the beds, as the nurse comes over; she has silver hair, with blue streaks, hazel eyes, and is a witch.

"What happened?" she asked kindly

"He was attacked." I growl

"Oh....." was all she said as she started to help him.

"Will he be ok?" I asked getting impatient

" he has a sprained wrist, and is badly bruised, but he will live." she said with a small smile

"Thank you." was all I could say to her

Max comes in the room and looked to Alex then to me.

"How is he?" he asked

Alex's P.O.V

I hear voices and I slowly open my eyes. I'm in a bright white room.

"Did I die?" I think to myself, looking around the room.

I see Simon and Max talking, and I smile when they see that I'm awake.

"How do you feel?" the nurse asks me

"I'm fine" I told her with a small smile.

"Ok, that's good, now I don't want you to be alone until your completely healed." she said firmly with a stern look

"Don't worry ma'am we won't let him out of our sight." Max replied

I groan inwardly, I won't be able to be alone for a long time. I love them like brothers, but they get a little overprotective of me. I stand up, and my chest feels like it's on fire again. I smile through the pain, not wanting to show that it hurts, because it will make them even more protective.

"Can we go now?" I asked, still smiling

"Yes, just be careful, and take it slowly." she told me

Simon grabs my arm and leads me to our next class after the nurse gave us our note.

When we got to class, Mrs. Luce wasn't happy and the room went dead silent. Max gave her the note as we went to our seats in the back of the room. I take out my phone and listen to music.

"School is ridiculous anyway" I think to myself

The bell rings signaling lunch. Everyone leaves towards the cafeteria, while my friends and I head to our secret tree. someone runs into me as i'm walking and I let out a small gasp from pain.
