Author's Note: Hey, long time no see...... sorry about not updating sooner, but I have had massive writers block, and I've kind of been writing another story xD anyway I have gotten a few ideas and have thought of how the story will continue (maybe end) :P  (hopefully ill update really soon, but my grandma has some how broke the internet, and hasn't fixed it :/ but Ill write at school)  So on with the story!!!

Simon's P.O.V

Its been about thirty minutes since Alex left. Max and I decided to play some video games while we wait for him to come back. We were playing Call of Duty when I feel like something is off. I don't know what it could be, so I ignore it but stay aware. Max is really good at this game, while im pretty bad at it, but we have fun so It doesn't really matter to me.

Max looks at me after I get killed again in the game again.

"Sorry, I spaced out there." I say laughing it off

I've been worried about Alex, he's been distant since Daniel freaked out at him in Gym today.

"Hey Simon, its like 11:35 where's Alex at?" Max suddenly asks me

"Oh, I don't know did you try to call his phone?" I asked as my worries came back to me

"Yes, but he didn't pick up..."

"Maybe it's turned off?" I offered

"Ya, hopefully he turns up soon, or we'll have to leave him a note saying we left." Max said

We ended up staying until 11:50 and were about to leave.

"Ready?" I asked Max

"Ya, but i'm kind of nervous." he said as his tail flicked back and forwards

"Hey guys wait for me!" Some one yelled from the bottom of the tree.

Alex burst through the door and was out of breath.

"Sorry i'm late, I lost track of the time....." He started to explain before trailing off

"Don't worry about it, lets go before we miss meeting this guy." Max said walking towards the door

We leave and head to the back of the school, where I left a window unlocked. We climb in and Alex seemed really excited about something. We were almost there, and we have two minutes until its midnight.

"h-hey Simon, I have to use the bathroom." Alex whispered

"Why don't you take him, and I'll head ahead to meet this person?" Max said

"OK, but your fine with going alone?" I asked

"Ya, and it would probably we weird if I brought friends when they think it's just going to be us."

"Bye Max, see you later!" Alex said while grabbing my arm and pulling me down the hallway towards a bathroom.

"Could you wait out here for me?" Alex asks

"Sure." I reply while leaning against the wall

He gives a really big smile as he went in. I lean against the wall and here footsteps, assuming its Max I turn to greet him, but freeze when I see who it is.

"What are you doing here?!?!" I asked acidly towards him.

"I want to talk to you..." Derrick said trailing off

"About what I snarled" at him

"Please, it's important about our groups..." he whispered back

"OK, fine, but Alex is in the bathroom."

"He'll be fine, and it will only take a minute." He says pleading

"OK, let's go then." I sigh

He leads me across the hallway to a science room.

"What's so important?" I asked wanting to get back to Alex and Max ASAP

"Well, how do I put this... were soul mates, and this isn't a prank, or a joke. I'm being truthful... and i just wanted you to know that, and that i'm sorry, could you ever forgive me?...." He says while looking at the ground

I'm in total shock, how do I reply to that?!?!? He sounded so sincere, like he actually meant it.

Do I accept his statement, or deny it and possibly kill him buy rejecting my own soul mate?

"Come here." I say getting an idea

He slowly comes to me, still looking at the ground. I lift up his face so he's looking at me and I kiss him. It feels like fireworks are going off, and i love it. We pull apart from the kiss, and were both smiling like idiots.

"So, does that answer your question?" i say smirking

He blushes "Yes, it does." he says giving me another kiss.

Max's P.O.V

I watch as Alex dragged Simon down the hall laughing silently. Alex is so childish, but i could tell he had something up his sleeve. I turned around and continued walking to the music room.

I stand in front of the door and take a deep breath. I open the door and see someone standing by the window.

"Umm....hello?" I say as I enter the room

"Hi Max, I've been expecting you." He replies as he turned around to face me

I gasp when i see his face, it's Dusk!!!

"What are you doing here?!?!" i ask instantly becoming irritated that he's here

"I have something to tell you, and its kind of important." Dusk replies

"Whatever you have to say it doesn't matter to me!" I yelled at him

"Then why are you here?" He yelled back

"I thought I was meeting someone important, but obviously it was just a joke!" I yelled while heading back to the door

"Where are you going?" he asked lowering his voice to normal

"I'm leaving, because I don't care about you at all!" I said as I pulled open the door

"But, what about-"  he tried to say but I cut him off

"Like I said I don't care!" and I slammed the door before he said anything else

my tail was dark red, and I need to go punch something, so I messages Alex and Simon saying that I was going home, and that I didn't want to talk about the meeting.

I walked home and opened my door, i don't have to worry about my parents because they were away on another business trip, and my older brother was already in college.

I walk into the kitchen, get a cup of water and go down into the basement, which my pqarents turned into a small gym. I go over to the punching bag, wrap my hands up (idk what its called, but its for protection i think) and start punching it.
