Tayshod In Mm...

Kenyamo POV....

"Girl goodbye I don't care about his bitch made ass or his hoe ass family" Kassidy said mocking me as we were hanging out at the mall. I really have been trying to move past the bullshit and I've been succeeding for the most part.

"Stop mocking me Kassidy it's not funny and I really don't care I hope he finds what he looking for and it's not in me and I'm content with it" I said walking into Rue 21. We walked around the store and I picked out a few shirts that were cute as hell.

She went to the women's section and left me. I was shopping around and was focused on getting some new clothes. I was desperate for some new clothes and I'm finally getting it. "Ken y'all taking all day" Kayvon said coming into the store.

He came in with Tayshod and this girl he talking to. "We almost done Kayvon shut up you so damn loud go and find something to do and don't be stealing" I said turning back to the shirts. I heard him and the girl walk away from my area. I was minding my business when Tayshod was behind me.

"Um can I help you Tayshod?" I said looming back at him. He rubbed the back of his neck and was looking everywhere but at me. I started walking away and he followed behind me. "Damn take a picture Tayshod or speak it's okay" I said stopping and walking up to him a bit.

"Kenyamo I heard about what happened" he said walking to the clothes rack. I rolled my eyes and looked at Kayvon who was kissing that girl. I have zero idea what her name is. She cute though but she might not last long because of the way Kayvon is. He should keep her around because she the cutest he's ever had.

"Look whatever Kayvon told you it's none of your business" I said with an attitude. He always wanna tell my business to his friends. It's not his business at this point it's mines. "I didn't mean to upset you I just wanted to you he was wrong for what he did and you deserve better" he said looking at me.

I felt his confidence building the more he kept talking. "You don't even know me though like that to know what I deserve" I said raising my eyebrow. He bit his lip and held his head down a bit. His eyes didn't leave me even though his head was down they were looking up at me.

"I mean I wanted to get with you but the way your brother is set up it's been hard for me to get to you and then when you went away it was all over or so I thought" he said coming towards me with every word that he said. When he was finished we was damn near chest to chest with each other.

I always thought he was a fine ass person. I just didn't know him enough to say I like him or even had a crush. Then when I got with Monty it all went away and became all about bitch ass dude. I'm not ready to jump in a relationship yet but I mean we can always work up to that.

"Tayshod I mean I always thought you was cute but I was in a serious relationship and couldn't say anything" I said nervously as he almost towered over me. He wasn't taller than me but the way his body was it made it seem that way.

"Well shit now you single I'm single so what we gone do" he said putting his hand on my hip. I sighed and closed my eyes for a few seconds. My blood was rising and my hormones was racing. I felt this before but it was just different somehow.

"I mean it's whatever Tayshod" I said flirting with him and walking away. I walked towards the back and he followed behind me. "Ayo Ken I mean since it's whatever let me get your number" he said catching up to me. It wasn't far for him to catch me but he did.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me lightly towards him. I smiled at him and he smiled back at me. "You can ask Kayvon for my number" I said laughing at the thought of what would happen. Kayvon would go off on Tayshod if he found out he even liked me.

"Now you know your brother would blow up on both of us and I'm happy he's occupied with that girl so he can't see us" he said bringing me closer to him. We started laughing because we knew Kayvon wouldn't let him talk to me. "Oh so you scared of my brother now?" I said laughing and leaning on him. His face turned straight and it made me laugh even harder.

I mean he is cute and I'm cute. I'm single and well he's single. What do I have to lose? It's not like I'm gonna get in trouble by anyone except Kayvon and I'm grown as hell so he can't whoop me. "Don't play with me your brother doesn't put fear in my heart I just respect him and you" he said biting his lip when he said the last word.

He's so damn fine I can't help but wanna give it all away. I just got to calm down because he's my brothers friend but shit I don't care. I'll risk getting Kayvon mad at me for his fine ass. "Well if you respect me so much you'll ask him for my number" I said playing with him and he could tell I was being childish. He was about to walk away but I grabbed his shirt and pulled him back.

"Boy don't walk away from me" I said moving towards him. He smacked his lips and folded his arms like a big ass kid. I wrapped my arms around his torso and pouted my lips out. "Come on now don't do that shit" he said rolling his eyes. I burst into laughter at him being so damn bratty.

"Alright boy I'll give you my number I don't see why when I see you all the time" I said taking out my phone. He snatched it out my hand and opened it. I went in his pocket to grab his phone. "You keep searching you gone find more than my phone" he said smirking at me. I blushed and grabbed his phone and slid my hand across his crotch.

He wasn't the biggest in the world but I haven't seen it so I don't know how it really is. I unlocked his phone and went to his messages. I don't know why it was like my instinct to do it. I didn't see anything but text messages from Kayvon, him mom, his sisters and cousins.

I then saw a conversation from a number I recognized.

Me : Yo I wanna ask out Kenyamo you think your boy gone be cool with it?"

J. :"Hell no he won't be cool but shit he not with him so fuck it and go for it"

Me : Alright homie bet"

J.: "Be careful"

"What you looking at" he said looming into his phone. I looked at him and he shook his head. I know he not my nigga but I've been hurt too much and I'm not risking another heartbreak. "I'm not mad but who is this if you don't mind me asking" I said and I wish he would tell.me he minds me asking. My name was brought up so it's my concern.

"That was somebody that knew your ex Kenyamo I just didn't wanna cause any trouble trying to get with you don't trip" he said taking his phone out my hand slowly. I sighed and left it alone for now but I swear I knew that number. I won't go off about it now but I think this won't be the last I see of that number.

"Y'all hoes ready" Kayvon said coming towards us. He wrapped his arms around both of us and I nudged him off me. I walked to the register and stood in the line. I was next when I saw this bitch in my face. "Hey umm Kenyamo isn't it?" Variah said smiling at me.

I faked smiled at her and put my clothes down. "Yeah and your Variah" I said smiling at her. She started ringing up my clothes and we made small talk. I wanted to keep the conversation short because I didn't care that much to hold a conversation with her. She was still talking and I nodded the whole time.

Kassidy came on the side of me and stood there. I pulled out my wallet as she finished the last of my stuff. She gave my total and I gave her my money. She bagged up my clothes and was talking about her and Monty issues with the baby like we friends. This hoe about to irk me on some other shit.

"Here's your change Kenyamo and we should hang out you cool as shit" she said smiling her bright ass teeth at me. She isn't the person I'm mad at hell I'm.not even mad anymore. I'm just disappointed but it's nothing left to be done at this point. "That's cool with me Variah boo you pretty so we can give me your number and I'll text you right now" I said with the slightest bit of sincerity.

She gave me her number and I sent her a text message. She gave me a hug and I grabbed my bag and blew her a kiss goodbye. I walked out the store with Kassidy behind me. "Was that Monty baby momma?" Kassidy asked me as Kayvon and his crew followed us.

"Yes and I would like to leave it at that" I said walking towards the food court. I went to the Chinese food place with Tayshod and Kassidy. Kayvon and his girl went somewhere else obviously. "So what you getting" Tayshod asked me. I didn't even know but I had a craving for some sesame chicken.

"I don't know probably the sesame and sweet and sour chicken combo what you getting?" I said looking at him and back to the menu. Kassidy was in her own little world and wasn't paying attention since it was two lines. "I don't know I guess some orange chicken or some almond boneless chicken" he said taking a step forward. He was pressed against me a bit.

It was our turn and I ordered my food and Tayshod came up behind me and ordered his too. "Nigga I'm not paying for your shit" I said with an attitude. He started laughing and I was being serious. "Bruh I only did that because I was going to pay for you" he said chuckling. Oh shit he paying for me bitch he got money!

I backed up and let him take over the whole thing. When he paid for it we stood off to the side and he was flirting with me. I was blushing and I don't know how Kayvon wasn't seeing this. "Wait a minute Kenyamo what's this?" Kassidy said smiling at both of us. I looked at him and started laughing and we was dying.

Kassidy is childish but I'm liable to tell her about me and Tayshod. It's nothing serious at this point but I mean anything can happen. "Nothing is happening Kassidy it's not a big deal he's cool with me that's all" I said not even looking at her. I was facing the counter watching the people bag up our food. The lady brought it to us and gave it to us.

We walked away with Kassidy badgering us about what was going on with us. "Kassidy I'm trying to get up on your brother but he not working with me" he said looking over at me. I rolled my eyes and started walking away from them. "Ken bitch come here" she said coming after me.

"What Kassidy" I said playfully irritated. I was so over this child and her shit. She so nosey in my shit but I get why she is. "Why don't you wanna talk to that man" she said sitting us down at a table that wasn't far from Tayshod and Kayvon. Tayshod was looking at me while he was eating his food and would rarely look away.

"I want to but it's all about if he right for me and then he Kayvon friend so that's a mess" I said taking out my food. She looked at me with an attitude and rolled her eyes. She flipped her hair and looked at me. "Bitch look Kayvon not pressed about y'all I don't think he is and you shouldn't care because that's your life fuck Kayvon" she said getting loud with the last part.

I laughed at her and we ate our food. "Y'all ready to go my girl gotta get home" Kayvon said coming towards us. I was kind of ready to leave anyways so we got our food and bags together. Kayvon motioned for Tayshod to get up and he did. He started walking towards us as we stood up waiting for him.

Kayvon started walking ahead of us and Kassidy got on the phone with Reichen. That left me to be occupied with Tayshod silly ass. We was talking and Kassidy was looking back at us smiling. We walked out the mall and I went to Kassidy car and Tayshod followed us. "Aye Tay why you not riding with us" Kayvon said from his car.

"Y'all need to be alone bro I'll just roll with them it's cool" Tayshod getting into the car with us. I got into the front seat and Kassidy let Tayshod drive. When he pulled out he did it slow and steady. When he started driving it was fast and rough. We got onto the freeway and he was driving like a bat out of hell.

"So just fuck my life huh?" I said to Tayshod and he was laughing and told me to be quiet and let him drive. He was driving and I was praying the whole time he was driving. We got off the freeway and went to his house. We dropped him off and before he got out and he kissed me on my cheek before he got out.

Kassidy got in the front seat and smiled at me. She need to stop all that smiling before her cheeks burst. "Bitch stop smiling so much it's not a big deal" I said blushing just thinking about Tayshod. He was so damn cute and I was living for him. He's just what I need to get my mind focused on what I need to do. I really want to see what happens but right now a relationship isn't going to be forced upon me but who know what'll happen.

Thank you all for sticking it out with me for this long. This job has been killing me and writing hasn't been my biggest priority however, I figured out a way to do books and work my ass off. If I don't update once a week on the weekends it will come during the week.

Please bare with me you all I'm still getting used to working this hard.
