Chapter 6 ~ 

"Pleaseee will you sing a song with us for music?" Jade begged. We need to sing with a duo, but mister Cowell wanted us three to sing together which I refused. "You two are a lot better than I am and I will only bring our grade down.." I said. "No, we aren't and no you won't." Jade sighed. "Damien, you are an amazing singer. Please?" She almost begged. After a long discussion I gave in. "Fine! I'll sing with you two." Their eyes widened and they cheered. "Which song do you want to sing?" I thought for a moment and we choose a song.

"Hello?" I answered when my phone went off. "Hi Damien!" I blushed as soon as I recognized the voice. "H-hi Tyler. How are you?" I stuttered. "I'm fine. How are you?" He asked back. "I'm just finished singing a song with two classmates. Why do you call?" I tried not to being harsh or something. "How about we gonna play some games?" My eyes started to sparkle. "Yeah sure. I'm home now so I'll see you with-" I was cut off by the doorbell. "Oh, just a moment Ty." I walked towards the door and opened it to relieve a smiling Tyler. "You're a weirdo." I shook my head, smiling. "But you love me." Tyler said with a cheeky smile. I blushed. I quickly smiled at him to cover up my blushing. "Yeah whatever mate." I grinned to him. He padded my shoulder and we walked to my room. "Which song did you choose to sing with your classmates?" I looked at the ground. Should I tell him? Or should I wait until the class starts? "Hello?" Tyler waved his hand in front of my face. I shook my head. "Uhm, yeah sorry. One Direction – Story of my life." His eyes lit up. "That's an amazing song! Really great choice!" Tyler exclaimed. "Do you want to hear it? I can also sing it by myself with the guitar?" I asked him. He happily nodded.

I grabbed my guitar and started to sing.

"That was beautiful." Tyler whispered. "I didn't knew you were this good. You're singing this with 2 classmates? I didn't know?" He asked. "Yeah, with Darcy and Jade." He nodded, informing me he got it. "Let's play some games now." He smiled. I nodded and we played some games.

"Tyler! Damien! Dinner is ready!" I heard my mum yell from downstairs. I paused the game and looked confused at Tyler. "I didn't know you're staying for dinner?" I asked him. "I asked your mum before I called you." I shook my head and smiled. "You're a weirdo." He grinned. "Where did I hear that before?" He smirked. I rolled my eyes and we went downstairs.

"Damien!" I looked around and saw Jade waving at me. I smiled and walked up to them. "Hi." They both started to talk about the music lesson today. "Do you know the song?" Darcy asked. I nodded. "Yeah, I know it. You?" She also nodded. "Yup, it's not a hard song to remember." The bell rang and we went to English.

"Okay class, write your homework down. Than you can go." The teacher said. I wrote down my homework and went outside the classroom, waiting for Darcy and Jade with Tyler. "Ready to go?" They nodded and we went to music.

"Tyler! Let me hear your song!" Mr. Cowell asked him. "Yeah sure." He sounded a bit nervous. When he stood on the stage, he looked at me and I smiled at him. Causing him to smile too.

I got my mouth hang open. I looked at Darcy to see her have she same look on her as me. When Tyler said back next to me after he got a feedback from the teacher. I gave him a hug. When we pulled away he looked confused. "That was seriously amazing."

"Damien, Darcy, Jade. Your turn." Mr. Cowell said.

We went on stage and Jade started to sing.

Just like Tyler we got an applause. "You sound a bit better alone but this was also amazing." Tyler whispered when I sat back.

I walked towards my locker with Darcy and Jade. Tyler already went to the cafeteria. "Hello." I heard a boy smirk at me. I closed my eyes and turned around to see Adam and his two friends. "What do you want Adam?" I asked annoyed. "You don't talk to me like that." Adam growled. I almost got hit in the stomach, but 4 hands held him back. "What did I say? Stay away from him!" Darcy and Jade yelled at him. Adam smirked and laughed. "Should I be scared?" He laughed. "Yes, you should." I heard a other voice say. Adam's face fell and he let loose. "Okay, okay." He stammered and he walked away with his friends. I knit my eyes brows together and turned around. "And you two are?" I asked, maybe a bit harsh. "James." The boy with brown hair and brown eyes. I shook his hand. "Jasper." The boy with black hair and brown eyes said. I also shook his hand. "Thank you. Why was Adam so scared of you? Don't get me wrong but.." I asked. "Adam used to James. Once, I almost had beat him up. Since then, he's not a bother anymore. So I guess he will leave you alone now. If you need us. Just shout. We are always around." And with that the two walked away. Leaving the three off us confused as hell.

"Why are you all looking so confused?" Tyler suddenly came out of nowhere. "Nothing. Let's go home." I said, while I shook my head. "See you tomorrow girls." They said their goodbye and me and Tyler went to his house.

"School was boring as hell." Tyler groaned. "I figured. You almost fell asleep." I chuckled. "I can't help it! The teacher is just really boring!" He exclaimed. "Okay, okay. Whatever." I rolled my eyes and hit his shoulder playfully.

"Have you ever wrote a song?" I asked suddenly while we were watching TV. "No, I never did. Why you asking?" I looked down and blushed. "Nothing, just wondering." Tyler turned off the TV and grabbed my shoulder. "No tell me." He said sternly. "Well... I was thinking. Would you write a song with me?" I asked, looking down. I didn't dare to look up. I was too afraid to see his face. When I looked up I saw a shocked face.
