Niall's P.O.V

   I had just arrived at the hospital. The more steps I took the more nervous I got. Liam was hurt. Seeing him hurt is something I don't know if I can handle. I wonder what happened?

   "Excuse me can you tell me Liam Payne's room number please?" I asked the Lady at the front desk.

   "4th floor room 12." The Lady said smiling. I turned to walk away but the Lady called after me.

    "Excuse me but are you sure your okay?" She asked still sitting at the desk.

    "Yes. Why?" I asked confused.

    "Because your shaking terribly." She said. I looked at my arm and I realized I was trembling horribly.

    "Oh I'm just nervous that's all." I said.

   "Okay well you can just head up there." The Lady said.

   I walked to the elevator and pushed the number 4 hesitantly. Even though elevators are slow in real life this time it seemed a thousand times slower.

    I was nervously tapping my foot as I saw the floors pass. Ding! I heard every floor.

    I swear I had been riding in this elevator for 10 minutes. I kept thinking of Liam's condition.

    What if he's going to die? I can't handle that... What if he forgets everything... What if he doesn't like me at all anymore... What if- Stop it Niall!

    Your going crazy talking to yourself about things that aren't going to happen!

   The elevator doors slowly opened and as they opened I saw Louis walking towards the elevator.

   "Louis!" I literally shouted out of pure excitement and nervousness.

   "Niall!" He shouted back as he ran up to me for an embracing hug. People around us stared awkwardly but Louis wouldn't let me go.

    "Umm Hey Lou can you let me go?" I asked.

    "Oh yeah sorry. It's just I'm so happy you made it here!" Louis said blushing a little.

   "It's okay. Where's Liam?" I asked with a shaky voice.

   "Follow me." He said grabbing my hand and pulling me along the hall. I looked at the door numbers and got more and more nervous.

    8...9..10...11... Then we reached room 12.

    The door was closed but Louis just walked in. I walked in behind him not being able to see ahead of me but as Louis moved out of the way I saw him...

    Lying there lifelessly. I felt my eyes water. I had no idea why but I feel like this is my fault. I rushed beside him.

   "What happened?" I asked breathlessly.

    "Nobody knows. They found him unconscious in Mullingar,Ireland. He was transported back here." A nurse I hadn't noticed said.

    A tear fell from my eye. It was my fault. He went after me and whatever happened to him happened because of me. I couldn't help but feel ten times worse.

    "When will he wake up?" I asked the nurse standing beside me.

    "Nobody knows. Months, Days, Hours, Years and  maybe not ever again but in his condition it would be a miracle for him to wake up anytime soon." The nurse said. I broke out into more forceful tears.

    "I'm sorry Niall." Zayn said patting my back.

     I just grabbed Liam's hand. I was hoping for a movement of any of his fingers or anything to show he's still there but all he did was lay there motionless.

    I knew I had tears coming down my face but I didn't wipe them away. Occasionally Louis or Harry would wipe them away for me but I never did myself. As soon as I grabbed onto Liam's hand I didn't let go for the rest of the day.

    If someone was to be there when he wakes up it is going to be me. I was just praying I'd feel any movement at all. I waited and waited but Liam showed no movement.

    I never felt so broken and I've been cheated on... I wanted my Liam back so much.

    The day was coming to a close and Liam hadn't shown any recovery.

   "Niall we should leave him for the night." Louis said getting up.

    "NO! I Can't leave him!" I said loudly.

    "Niall we can't stay here forever." Zayn said walking out the door. Harry walked out behind him leaving me and Louis alone.

   "Niall we have to go." Louis said with a pained look on his face.

   "Fine but let me have a few minutes alone with Liam." I said.

   "Okay but don't take forever... we'll be waiting in the Limo." Louis said walking out of the room. I was alone with Liam now.

   "Liam. Can you hear me? I want you to know I'm not mad at you anymore. I cooled off." I said pausing as another tear fell from my eye to the floor.

    "Liam I'm so sorry. This is all my fault. I just want my Liam back. I want you. No I need you in my life. Please wake up Liam." I said still not letting go of his hand.

    I stood in silence for a second hoping for an answer.

    "I hope you come back to me soon because I need you Liam." I whispered into Liam's ear. I still held tightly onto Liam's hand and as I did I leaned in for a kiss. I gave him a quick kiss but as I did I felt something...

    A movement in my hand. It was his fingers... They were moving! He was moving! I couldn't leave now. I stood there for a few seconds when I saw Liam's eyes flutter open.

   "LIAM!" I yelled with excitement.

   "Ni-Niall?" Liam said hazily.

    "You remember me!" I said smiling uncontrollably.

   "I could never forget you Nialler." He said smiling weakly.

   "I'll get the nurse one sec." I said letting go of his hands as I called a nurse in.

   "Mr.Payne. Your awake." The nurse said shocked.

   "Yep why?" Liam said gaining back strength.

   "You weren't supposed to be awake for awhile." The nurse said.

   "Well something just went through me and I guess it woke me up." Liam said. I hugged him tightly as the nurse left to go get the doctor.

    "Liam you woke up." I said as I kept hold of him.

    "Yep. Your kiss saved me." Liam said.

    "What? How?" I asked pulling away from the hug to look into his eyes.

    "I've been able to hear everything this entire time and I've been trying so hard to wake up but I couldn't. Your kiss gave me the strength. It gave me this shock of life." Liam said. My smile was growing wider by the second.

    Liam pulled me in for another kiss and as we sit there doing so Louis comes in.

    "Niall hurry up the others are getting impatient! Wait... Whoa Liam your-"

    "Awake. Yep. Thanks to my savior Niall." Liam finished Louis sentence.

    I blushed at Liam's statement. He called me his savior. Then a doctor walked in the room. A surprised yet pleased look crossed his face.

    "Mr.Payne your alive!" The doctor said walking over.

   "Yep." Liam said smiling.

   "Well you look pretty good. Lets get some test done and then you can probably go home." The doctor said. "But one question. What happened?" The doctor asked.

    "Well I don't actually remember." Liam said uneasily.

    "Oh Okay well your friends should go. Come back tomorrow to pick him up." The doctor said. Louis and I nodded.

    The doctor left the room followed by the nurse.

    "Liam I'm so happy to see you." I said pulling him into another hug.

    "I'm so happy to see you to Niall." He said.

   "I'm going to go back out in the limo. Try to hurry up Niall and Liam I am SO happy to see you."

   "I'm so glad to see you to." Liam said.

   "I'll be down in a bit." I said as Louis walked out closing the door behind him.

   "I have to go." I said sadly.

   "One last life saving kiss." Liam said as he pulled me into a kiss.

    I smiled into the kiss and so did he. It was perfect...

    And as I pulled away I wish I didn't have to.

   I gave him a hug and walked out of the room...
