the boys were now 10 and they were getting ready to leave the 5th grade. joy decided to put calum in regular public school to meet different people...but luke's mom is still forcing him to stay at private school.

"but mommy, calum is going to--"

"i know, lukey but attending private school is better for you. i don't even know why joy thinks it's a good idea to send cal to public"

"why?" luke pouted.

"he has an illness, he probably knows by now, but just didn't tell you"

"he told me that those candy magical things are really pills and make him normal.."

liz nodded ruffling her sons hair, "yep"

"what is the illness, momma?"

she sighed, "panic disorder. it's when--"

her phone started to ring and she picked it up. after a few seconds on the phone she began to worry. "wha-oh-okay, yeah, we'll be there in 15 minutes!!" she hung up and quickly put her shoes on. "hurry lucas, we're going to the emergency room"

"what happened?" he asked worried.

"ju-just hurry." she rushed her son.

they quickly drove to the hospital and rushed in. joy was crying in her hands and luke went completely pale. "what happened to calum?" his hair was a mess and his sponge bob sneakers were half on. he walked to the middle-aged woman and began to pat her waist. he couldn't reach her arm because of how short he was.

she removed her hands from her puffy eyes and couldn't even give a sad smile to the young boy.

"wh-what happened?"
