I refrained from checking my social media accounts lately, I even deactivated my personal accounts, since it's one of the reason why I am feeling depressed. I feel like everything seems to be insensitive, or I am just being sensitive?

One time I woke up and fear just rushed into me, I started hyperventilating. Sometimes, I have this feeling that my inner me is shouting inside my head. But I'm still trying to hold on, I needed to fight back. I need to keep going.

This month I will celebrate my 1 year as an HIV positive, I still have issues, yes. But the past few months, I can say that I am stronger and even better.
